The FWATA Public Relations Committee is pleased to announce the spring quarter winner of the Excellence in Athletic Training Award. Each quarter, the Excellence in Athletic Training Award celebrates District 8 athletic trainers or athletic training student members who display an exceptional commitment to mentoring, professional development or enhancing the quality of health care.
This quarter’s winner is Lorita Granger ATC of UCLA in Los Angeles, CA.
“I am honored to receive this recognition. I have loved serving the student athlete community at UCLA for 33 years and feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to play a role in these athlete’s lives during their college years. I view athletic training as a calling not a job and I am thankful to still be relevant to this population at this stage of my career.” writes Lorita.
